Hyfable is a free-to-play Hytale server network! We want to provide a fun, fair, and positive gaming experiences to everyone.

These rules and guidelines apply to the community website, discord and in-game chat. By being a member of the Hyfable community and using our services, you agree to the following rules.

Do not disturb the peace.

Treat everyone with respect. Do not argue or mislead others. If your actions are disruptive or seem intended to cause conflict, your account will be subject to moderation actions. 

Please speak English only.

Since we are English speakers, we can only moderate chat in English. We ask that you please use English in chat.

 Protect personal information.

Protect everyone's privacy by never requesting or sharing personal information, such as name, age, location, IP, school, email, password, phone number, social media, images/videos, banking information, or any other detail that can be used to identify someone.

 Stay on topic.

Please keep discussions in their respective channels.

 Do not spam.

Avoid excessive characters, posts, formatting, emoji, commands, @mentions, and ticket creation.

️ No harmful language or hate speech.

Bullying, verbal abuse, harassment, discrimination, threats, and other offensive content (including derogatory terms and language) will result in immediate action up to a permanent account ban. We have zero tolerance for posts that harm or threaten others.

 Keep topics light.

We do not allow any NSFW, sexual, or illegal content. Controversial, political or religious conversation should be kept light and to a minimum. Conversations that go on too long or get too serious could be subject to moderation. Similarly, do not use our services to exchange legal or medical advice. Hyfable is for everyone, so please keep your content suitable for all.

 Your mental and emotional health matters.

We encourage our members to prioritize their wellbeing, but we are not medical professionals. If you are struggling, you deserve to speak to someone who can provide proper care. To speak with someone, please visit Crisis Lifeline or Teenline.

 No self-promotion or advertisements.

Please do not use our services to promote or advertise other kinds of content. This includes references or links to social media, servers, communities, and services in chat, messages, or via profile information.

 Do not @mention or DM without permission.

Please respect others, including the Hyfable Team, by not pinging them out of the blue. These members graciously volunteer their time to ensure Hyfable is a great place for everyone. Please respect their time. They are people with lives, too.

If you need help or wish to report something, please create a ticket in the #│support channel. You can request help for basic questions in the #│general-questions channel as well. We will not respond to inquiries regarding application status, warnings, disputes, or bans in global channels. Please make a ticket instead.

🪪 Keep your Discord profile appropriate.

These rules apply to your profile icon, profile details, banners, nicknames, usernames, and statuses.

 Use common sense.

Attempting to bypass rules or utilize loopholes in an effort to violate the spirit of our rules will be treated the same as a direct violation. Similarly, claiming to have violated a rule, even if you didn't, will be taken at face value and will be treated the same.
