Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Hyfable multiplayer Hytale server (“Server”) and the Hyfable website (“Website”). By accessing either, you agree to follow these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, do not use Hyfable.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally allowed to play online games in your region. If you’re a minor, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for your account security, actions, and in-game behavior.

  • Do not impersonate staff or other players.

  • We may suspend or delete accounts at our discretion.

3. Rules of Conduct

You must not:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse players or staff.

  • Use cheats, exploits, automation, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Attempt to disrupt the Server (DDoS, packet flooding, griefing tools, etc.).

  • Share or post illegal, hateful, or explicit content.

  • Attempt to access admin tools, backend systems, protected areas, or data.

Violations can result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans without refund.

4. Content & Ownership

  • Hyfable owns all Server-side content, branding, and custom materials.

  • Hytale, and any related assets, belong to their respective owners; Hyfable is not affiliated with or endorsed by Hypixel Studios or any parent company.

  • Any content you submit (posts, suggestions, builds) may be used by Hyfable for Server or Website purposes without compensation.

5. Donations & Payments

  • All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

  • Perks may change at any time for balancing, technical, or operational reasons.

  • A payment does not guarantee access if you break the rules.

6. Website Usage

  • Do not attempt to hack, scrape, or compromise the Website.

  • Do not submit malicious code or harmful files.

  • User-generated content must follow the same behavioral rules as in-game behavior.

7. Privacy

Hyfable may collect basic technical data (IP address, username, logs) for security, moderation, and Server operations. We do not sell user data. For full details, see the Privacy Policy (if you have one; if not, add one later).

8. Updates to the Service

The Server and Website will change over time. Features may be added, removed, or modified. We may also take the Server offline for maintenance or emergencies.

9. Disclaimer

Hyfable is provided “as is” with no guarantees. We are not responsible for:

  • Data loss

  • Downtime

  • In-game losses

  • Account compromise due to your negligence

  • User behavior

  • Third-party actions

Use the Server and Website at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Hyfable and its staff are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Server or Website.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of Hyfable means you accept the updated terms.
